Creating a new user in Spark

To create a new user on your spark server you'll need to do the following steps

1. Start off by opening your web browser and going to the admin URL for your Spark server. (This URL is different for each clinic but all of them end in ':9090')
2. Once the page loads you should see the above image. Login to the server using your spark user name and password
3. On the main page you'll see Users/Groups. Click on that

5. On this page you'll see a list of all the users on the server. Click on Create New User on the left hand side as shown in the image above

7. This is the page where we create a new user. The user name should be all lowercase without any capitals. The Name can we whatever you want it to be. The email should be blank. The password and confirm password should be the password the new user will use to login. The group should be the name of the clinic with a capital at the beginning. To see group name click on the Groups tab as shown below

9. Once all the information is filled in click Create User or Create & Create Another if you are creating multiple users
