Bypass TPM and CPU requirements for Windows 11, for TESTING ONLY!!!

  1. Press Win + R → type regedit.
  2. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup
  3. New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU
  4. Set its value as 1
  5. Run setup.exe from the Windows 11 USB (don't boot from USB).
  6. Choose Upgrade and it bypassed CPU restriction for
