How to setup MS Teams Calendars to work with Airtame for Vaive and Associates.

The Airtame Application should already be deployed on your Vaive Surface or laptop.  This just needs to be done the first time in the application for your Calendar to work with MS Teams and the Airtame room equipment.

 

 

The first time you open the Airtame application, while at the office.  You should see two devices you can connect to.

 

On either device, it doesn't matter which, choose "Join Call", a new window will appear which is the Airtame Calendar application.

 

Sign into your Microsoft account, this is your yourname@vaiveandassociates.ca.  Once you have signed in, change to the "Accounts" tab the bottom and toggle on "Authenticated Calls"

This will allow you to now properly book a room for a Teams meeting, and utilize the camera and audio within the booked room from your Surface.  You are now ready to join and host Teams meetings within one of the rooms using the Airtame and connected camera and TV.
