To utilize the Airtame, camera and TV in a room. You will now join meetings using the Airtame App instead of the native application. Eg. MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
To Join an MS Teams meeting you have been invited to or are the host of. Enter the room booked and launch the Airtame app on your device. Choose Join Call on the respective room.
If you have completed the setup process, after you have clicked Join Call the Calendar app will open and display your days meetings. You can simply click Join Meeting.
The Airtame device will join your meeting, activating the Camera and audio for the room. You can also disable the camera or microphone from the Airtame control app, adjust volume and begin screen sharing from here. as well. You will also admit external meeting invitees to the meeting via the "People" tab at the bottom.
You can also control the camera and microphone and audio with the Logitech remote in the room.
When the meeting is finished simply just "leave the meeting"
